Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, with flexibility to float to Postpartum, Well-Baby Nursery, and Med/Surg units as needed
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in a critical access hospital environment with 25 inpatient beds
- Utilize Cerner for all clinical documentation and charting
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and adhere to the facility's call-off policy
- Attend mandatory orientation, which is conducted on Tuesdays only
- Maintain compliance with all required certifications and facility dress code standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- PALS certification (AHA, ARC, or ENPC)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, or SANE certification
- Experience working in a critical access or small rural hospital setting
- Demonstrated ability to function in a multifaceted nursing role across multiple units
