Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), with holiday rotation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care to patients in a hospital setting, including critical care cases
- Float within scope to all hospital areas, including labor and delivery, as needed
- Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and care quality
- Maintain and demonstrate proper use of respiratory equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient treatment plans
Required Qualifications
- South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license in hand at start date
- Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience
- Valid BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT) certifications in hand at start date
- Ability to float across hospital departments, including labor and delivery
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous hospital or critical care respiratory therapy experience
- Comfortable working night shifts and flexible schedule with holiday rotation
