Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory therapy care to patients during 12-hour night shifts
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and disorders
• Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and other respiratory equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses to therapy accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Nebraska Respiratory Therapy license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Current certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with a 36-hour weekly guarantee
• Must be available to participate in a clinical interview as part of the selection process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory support
