Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized patient treatment programs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Complete all required facility-specific documentation and credentialing processes prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (Washington State or valid Compact License; Alaska Compact License also accepted)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to fulfill a 13–26 week contract commitment
• Compliance with facility credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with travel or contract therapy assignments
