Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a Level II Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3, delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Respond to emergent and critical patient situations, applying advanced clinical skills and protocols
• Adhere to department dress code and facility policies throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (hard requirement)
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• Current NIHSS and TNCC certifications
• Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Must comply with weekend requirement of 6 weekends per 6-week schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a short-term acute care facility with a high-volume emergency department
• Familiarity with trauma nursing protocols and Level II Trauma Center environments
• Flexibility to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
