Job Title

• Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

• Travel, Dayshift, Full-time, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy to a caseload of 3-4 patients daily, occasionally treating up to 5 patients.
• Utilize specialized equipment such as hi-low mats, Nustep, Bioness L200 and H300, and other therapeutic tools to deliver patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately within the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adapt individualized treatment plans.
• Follow unit-specific policies, including wound care procedures and adherence to dress code standards.
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and certification requirements, including BLS certification.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience in inpatient rehab settings and familiarity with the Care Tool preferred.
• Ability to perform procedures such as wound care.
• Flexibility to work weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some weekend shifts during rotation.
• Must adhere to hospital uniform standards: black scrubs and closed shoes.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with hospital inpatient rehabilitation units.
• Knowledge of Meditech documentation system.
• Experience with Inpatient Rehab procedures and equipment use.
