Contract | Rotating 8-Hour Shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights) | Onsite | Includes Weekends and Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and administer medications and treatments
• Communicate pertinent patient information to MD/NP as needed
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, and nebulizer treatments
• Deliver wound vac care and CPAP care
• Perform other assigned clinical duties within the long-term care setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Hawaii required by assignment start date
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days (0730–1530), evenings (1500–2330), and nights (2300–0730)
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime rotation as required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a long-term care or SNF environment
• Familiarity with wound vac, CPAP, and gastrostomy tube care protocols
