Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and responses to care
- Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and drug-free campus standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license, or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
- Experience in Medical Surgical nursing
- Ability to pass a drug screening for all panels prior to placement
- Completion of facility orientation requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into an established care team
