Travel Special Procedures Technologist – IR / Interventional Radiology

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform special procedures and interventional radiology studies in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Operate imaging equipment within the cardiac catheterization laboratory setting
- Assist physicians and clinical staff during interventional and special procedure cases
- Maintain proper patient positioning, radiation safety protocols, and sterile technique throughout procedures
- Document procedures accurately and ensure compliance with departmental and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Special Procedures or Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Cath Lab experience is required
- Active ARRT certification in Radiography or Cardiovascular-Interventional Technology
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice in Kentucky
- BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel technologist experience in an interventional or special procedures setting
- Familiarity with a high-volume hospital or acute care environment
