Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques within an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient functional goals
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility documentation and credentialing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required; permanent state licensure required (compact license may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly)
• Proof of license application must be provided within 5 business days of booking
• Prior experience in an outpatient or relevant clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with contract assignment expectations and travel therapy workflows
