Interventional Radiology / Special Procedures Technologist

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts (8:30 AM – 7:00 PM), Monday – Friday with a rotating day off; call requirements included

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of interventional radiology and special procedures
• Operate Siemens imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including within electronic medical record systems
• Fulfill call obligations, including one primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, plus one weekend every six weeks alternating between primary and backup

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology
• Active ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Proficiency with Siemens imaging equipment
• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Familiarity with high-volume academic or teaching medical environments
