MRI Technologist

Port St. Lucie, FL | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI and MRA procedures in an acute care hospital setting
  • Operate GE MRI equipment safely and proficiently
  • Document patient imaging information accurately using Meditech
  • Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout all imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with a small MRI technologist team on the day shift

Required Qualifications

  • ARRT certification in MRI required
  • ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
  • BLS certification required
  • Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience
  • GE MRI equipment experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Previous travel assignment experience preferred
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced acute care environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
