Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Exeter, NH
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM | 10–11 on-call shifts per month required, including rotating weekends | 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment throughout cardiac catheterization procedures
- Perform scrub technologist functions to assist cardiologists and vascular surgeons
- Conduct hemodynamic monitoring during procedures
- Document procedures accurately in real time during each case
- Provide shared on-call coverage supporting 24/7 cardiac cath lab operations
Required Qualifications
- Active MIRT license required
- RT (Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification required
- Current ACLS and CPR certifications (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of cardiac cath lab experience required
- Proficiency with Epic electronic health records required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience supporting both cardiologist and vascular surgery procedures in a cath lab setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage on-call responsibilities in a high-volume cardiac environment
