Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services for a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily.
• Perform follow-up visits with double-booked appointments as needed.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and obtain approval for overtime hours before working beyond scheduled hours.
• Deliver therapy across multiple clinics, including Hoover, BM Lakeshore, and Grandview, with float opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality patient care through accurate assessments and treatment planning.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient therapy is preferred.
• Ability to work full-time days, approximately 8 hours per shift.
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new graduates.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient therapy experience.
• Flexibility to float between clinics.
• Strong patient management skills and ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
