Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents in a skilled nursing environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of resident care
• Document resident status, progress, and care accurately in accordance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Colorado
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with rotating 36/48-hour work weeks
• Must have housing arrangements secured prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in LTC or SNF settings
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced care environment
