Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required clinical documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent Pennsylvania licensure must be obtained promptly
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
• Must meet contract credentialing and QA requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and workflows
