Travel - LVN/LPN Med Surg/Tele (683)
Location: Alexandria, LA
Schedule / Job Type: Travel; Nights, 12-hour shifts, 13-week contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Med Surg/Tele setting.
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and facility protocols.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive patient records.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid LVN or LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour shifts.
- Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of Alexandria, LA.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience in telemetry units preferred.
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus.
