Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required documentation in accordance with facility and credentialing standards
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with patient goals and plan of care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Must obtain a permanent Nevada state license — compact licensure may be accepted at start but permanent licensure must be obtained promptly
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting required
• Must meet all credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
