Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 7:00–19:30 | Saturday, Sunday, plus one rotating weekday | Call requirement of 40–60 hours per 6-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate in a high-volume operating room environment supporting a broad range of surgical specialties
• Perform scrub and circulating duties across General, Orthopedic, Robotic, GYN, Thoracic, ENT, Oral, Urology, Whipple, Plastics (free flap), and Liver Resection cases
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including the DaVinci XI robotic system
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled within the 6-week block
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or Compact license in hand; temporary license may be acceptable if permanent license application has been submitted with fingerprint package
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience, with all relevant skillset experience within the last 3 years
• Proficiency in circulating across multiple surgical specialties including General, Ortho, Robotics, GYN, Thoracic, ENT, Oral, Urology, Whipple, Plastics (free flap), and Liver Resection
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Nursing degree must be from a program accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation
• No local Indiana residents accepted for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience in an Operating Room setting
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical platforms, particularly the DaVinci XI
