Key Responsibilities

• Float between multiple hospital facilities across the region, with a primary site prioritized for most of the contract duration
• Provide labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care for mothers and newborns
• Adapt to varying schedules that may include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements depending on assignment
• Perform moderate complexity testing in accordance with College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements
• Utilize Epic EMR proficiently throughout all patient care documentation and workflows
• Travel independently between points of care using a personal vehicle as required by assignment

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA) required
• AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS required
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per CAP moderate complexity testing standards)
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and be willing to travel to multiple care sites

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred
• STABLE certification preferred
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-site hospital environment
