Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3 Days/Week | Rotating Every Other Weekend | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a freestanding emergency department setting with a 12-bed unit
- Perform nurse-driven lab collection and support diagnostic processes including CT and X-ray workflows
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:4–5 while delivering high-quality emergency nursing care
- Document accurately and efficiently using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNCs and fellow RNs across all shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2–3 years of emergency room experience as an RN
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Energetic, self-motivated personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced ER environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
- Experience with Meditech EMR
- Background in freestanding or community emergency department settings
