Contract | Full-Time | Days | 4x10-hour shifts per week, weekdays only, no weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across a variety of diagnoses
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to support continued progress outside of clinical sessions
• Contribute to reducing patient wait times by supporting an expanded outpatient rehabilitation team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or Compact license valid for Colorado
• Minimum of 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Flu vaccination required (mandatory; no declinations accepted) from October 1st through April 1st

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3–5 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting
