Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit, supporting ED boarders (patients awaiting inpatient beds) across the system.
• Manage pre-cardiac catheterization patients and maintain port access as part of routine care responsibilities.
• Float as needed between campuses and to Observation, Medical-Surgical, and MS Telemetry units based on census and staffing needs.
• Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic (experience required).
• Adhere to all facility dress code, compliance, and policy requirements, including wearing Navy Blue scrubs with no agency or brand logos.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years of Telemetry or relevant RN experience required.
• Experience with pre-cardiac catheterization care and managing ports required.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Active Kentucky RN license or compact license required at time of submission.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS — must be active at time of submission or obtained prior to start.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR required.
• COVID vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered); Flu vaccination required.
• Local candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible and accepted at a local rate.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in Observation or Medical-Surgical Telemetry settings.
• Familiarity with multi-campus health system environments and floating between units.
• Experience supporting ED boarder patient populations.
