Contract | 4x10 Hours, Evening Shift (15:00–01:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Utilize EPIC for accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout operative procedures
• Float to sister facilities nearby as required by the assignment
• Participate in holiday coverage, committing to work 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room RN experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals accepted under a separate rate structure)
• Must be able to commit to all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submission — post-submission RTO requests may not be granted
• Background must be clear; facility does not accept background hits
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a short-term acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and willingness to float within a health system
