Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient or clinic setting
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in a physical therapy clinical setting required
• Must meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
• Permanent state licensure required; compact license eligibility may be considered on a limited basis pending permanent licensure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with clinical documentation systems and compliance standards
