Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite | No weekends required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an oncology setting, managing complex patient needs across the care continuum
• Administer and monitor oncology-specific treatments, medications, and therapies in accordance with established protocols
• Float to other units as required based on staffing and patient care needs
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse experience, with at least 1 year in Oncology
• Active, permanent California RN License — must be in hand at time of submission; temporary or pending licenses are not accepted
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Flu vaccine required — no exemptions or declinations accepted
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records system
• 2 supervisor-level (or above) references from within the past 1 year of employment required at time of submission — Charge RN references are not accepted
• Local candidates are welcome; no radius rule applies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 5 or more years of Oncology nursing experience strongly preferred
• ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) or ONC (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification preferred
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling and unit floating
