Contract | Days | 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week | Every 3rd Saturday required | 72 guaranteed hours biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide infusion services to adult patients with hematologic, oncologic, and medical diagnoses in a 25-chair ambulatory infusion center
• Administer chemotherapy, medical infusions, and blood transfusions in accordance with unit-specific protocols
• Manage 2–3 infusion chairs per shift within a unit seeing approximately 60–110 patients per day
• Access and deaccess implanted vascular access devices (IVADs), manage PICC lines, and start peripheral IVs
• Operate Alaris infusion pumps and CADD pumps for home infusion therapy; perform phlebotomy as needed
• May float to an alternate outpatient location based on staffing needs; floating is rare and rotated by date of last float

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of chemotherapy administration experience
• ONS Chemotherapy Provider Card required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system required
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; RTO not requested at submission will not be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Experience with Alaris infusion pumps and CADD pumps
• Background in hematology and/or oncology outpatient settings
• Experience with IVAD access/deaccess and PICC line management
