Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Cover day shifts on 12-hour schedules, including every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
• May be asked to fulfill charge nurse responsibilities as needed by the unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health outcomes
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures, including on-call and callback protocols as directed by unit/department management

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license valid in North Dakota (or applied for, with documentation of application date); license verification must be dated within 30 days of submittal
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 professional references within the past 2 years, with at least one from a manager or supervisor
• Current skills checklist including Age Specific Competency
• Must reside at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC are a plus
• Charge nurse experience in a LTC/SNF setting
