Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Every other weekend and holiday rotation | Expected 36 hours/week | Overtime may be available
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Manage and monitor residents with diagnoses including dementia, Parkinson's disease, and major depressive disorder
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility's electronic medical records system (PCC / PointClickCare)
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident health outcomes and quality of life
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of North Dakota or a compact state license accepted in ND
- Current BLS / CPR certification
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Willingness to participate in every-other weekend and holiday rotation
- Must live more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard traveler rates
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with PCC (PointClickCare) EMR platform
- Experience caring for residents with dementia, Parkinson's disease, or psychiatric diagnoses
