Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5×8s, expected 40 hours/week | Flexible schedule with a mix of mornings and evenings | No weekends | Clinic hours begin as early as 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM and close by 7:00 PM most days, with early closure at 5:00 PM on Fridays

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a caseload of approximately 50–55 patients per week across a variety of outpatient diagnoses, including orthopedic, basic neurological, sports medicine, and geriatric conditions
• Conduct 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits in accordance with clinic standards
• Meet billing expectations of greater than 205 QCU per week
• Complete clinical documentation promptly and accurately using the NextGen documentation system, supported by AI-assisted documentation technology
• Collaborate effectively with PTAs, front-office staff, and clinical aides as part of a cohesive team
• Maintain a business casual dress code and contribute positively to a busy, community-focused clinic environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maryland
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently and accurately
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to complete notes promptly in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work collaboratively with PTAs and support staff in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• More than 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
• Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, and/or geriatric patient populations
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
