Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in an inpatient setting
- Conduct home health visits as part of a blended caseload
- Utilize facility-provided vehicles for home health patient visits
- Document patient care using EMR platforms including EPIC, Net Health, PCC, and Maestro
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Wyoming
- Experience working in inpatient and/or home health settings
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with EPIC, Net Health, PCC, or Maestro EMR platforms
- Comfort working across multiple care settings within a single assignment
- Experience with home health therapy delivery and patient visit coordination
