Contract | Full-Time | Days | 5 x 8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (32 hours during holiday weeks)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient progress and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific documentation requirements prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (compact license accepted at start; permanent state license must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract QA credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation
