Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 12-bed ICU with a 2:1 patient ratio (up to 3:1 with downgraded patients)
• Manage critically ill patients including cardiac, respiratory, DKA, and sepsis presentations
• Perform and monitor A-line placement, insulin drips, sedative drips, and vasopressor drips
• Operate and document using MediTech Expanse electronic health record system
• Utilize unit equipment including Alaris IV pumps and respiratory ventilators in monitored private rooms
• Adhere to a flexible self-scheduling model within established scheduling rules, including every-other-weekend rotation

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Georgia
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience with a background managing critically ill patients
• Navy blue scrubs required as unit dress code

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with MediTech Expanse or similar electronic documentation systems
• Proficiency with A-line monitoring and vasoactive/sedative drip management
• Familiarity with Alaris IV pumps and mechanical ventilators
