Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and quality of life
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Wyoming or eligibility to obtain
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Familiarity with PACS documentation systems
- Experience with geriatric patient populations
