Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including any facility-specific documentation processes prior to assignment start
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized patient treatment programs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada — a permanent Nevada license is required; compact licensure alone is not sufficient and a permanent license must be obtained promptly if starting on compact
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to complete facility-specific credentialing and documentation requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience as a travel physical therapist
• Familiarity with outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation settings
