Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and reassessments per policy or as warranted by patient condition, demonstrating sound independent clinical decision-making
• Initiate, prioritize, implement, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor and document patient responses to clinical interventions
• Facilitate and evaluate patient and family education specific to care, treatment, and discharge needs
• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed personnel; serve as a mentor and preceptor to staff
• Participate in quality, safety, and service improvement efforts and comply with regulatory standards within a Practice Governance framework

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum of two (2) years of acute care RN experience
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN)
