Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, including vaginal delivery, C-Section circulating, and post-cesarean recovery
• Perform vaginal exams and manage labor and delivery progression
• Care for high-risk antepartum patients, including those with gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes
• Respond to and manage obstetrical emergencies, including OB hemorrhage
• Conduct outpatient testing including NST, CST, and BPP, as well as OB triage and MSE
• Provide newborn care within the first hour of life, including support for initial breastfeeding latch; may float to Mother Baby unit as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN License required
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of fetal monitoring experience
• Demonstrated experience with C-Section circulating and post-CS recovery
• Experience performing vaginal exams and caring for laboring patients through vaginal and cesarean delivery
• Strong critical thinking skills and customer service orientation; must be flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Scrub experience in the OR setting
• NCC certification in Inpatient Obstetrics (IP-OB) or Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
