Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift | Rotating weeks of expected 36 and 48 hours | Every other weekend, every other holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with care plans
• Monitor and assess resident health status, documenting changes and communicating with the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity and quality of resident care
• Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and nursing best practices throughout all shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska or a compact state license that is valid for practice in Nebraska
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Ability to work night shifts on a rotating schedule, including every other weekend and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in LTC/SNF environments
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced care setting
