Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | Expected 40 hours/week plus call | Shift: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM | Projected Start: August 10, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative and post-anesthesia care (PACU Phase I and Phase II) to patients receiving general anesthesia across multiple service lines including OR, cath lab, EP lab, endoscopy, interventional radiology, and labor and delivery.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 in Phase I and 2–4 in Phase II recovery in a 10-bed Pre-Op/PACU unit.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 technicians and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality perioperative patient care.
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech Expanse electronic health record system.
• All nurses are expected to work in both Pre-Op and PACU as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility.
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pre-Op and/or PACU nursing.
• Critical care patient experience required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across multiple perioperative service lines (OR, cath lab, endoscopy, IR, labor and delivery).
• Familiarity with Meditech Expanse or similar electronic documentation systems.
• Prior travel nursing experience in a perioperative setting.
