Contract | PRN | Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting during overnight hours
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident care plans
• Complete required facility orientation prior to first shift if new to the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Ability to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Willingness to arrive early for facility orientation if working at this location for the first time

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a LTC or SNF environment
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and long-term care documentation systems
