Contract | Rotating Days/Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a float pool capacity, supporting multiple medical-surgical and telemetry units as needed
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and standards
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Participate in weekly unit orientations as required for float pool assignments

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN experience
• Strong telemetry skills required, as this is a float pool role serving multiple units
• EPIC electronic health record experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior float pool or multi-unit nursing experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit environments
• Flexibility with rotating day and night shift scheduling
