Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with the setting's standards of care
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and quality assurance requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (Pennsylvania permanent license required; compact license accepted at start but permanent Pennsylvania license must be obtained promptly)
• Experience in an outpatient or relevant physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
• Candidates who have worked in a permanent or PRN capacity at this facility within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience
• Familiarity with outpatient physical therapy documentation systems
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
