Summary:
iDEAL HIRE is hiring a new BCBA for our client in the education sector. This is a full-time role, working in Stone Mountain, GA, offering a competitive pay rate starting at $57/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide behavior analysis services and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other behavioral challenges.
- Support and train school staff, paraprofessionals, and parents on behavior intervention techniques.
- Conduct assessments and adjust plans based on student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student data and outcomes.
- Collaborate with IEP teams to design and implement effective educational strategies.
- Lead parent/teacher conferences to update on student progress.
- Monitor and evaluate student behavior to promote a positive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field.
- BCBA certification is required.
- 1-3 years of school-based experience working with students with autism or behavioral challenges.
- Experience supervising ABA therapists is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in behavior management and intervention plan development.
- Knowledge of special education regulations and best practices.
