Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Mid Shift (2:45 PM – 3:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment, assessing and triaging patients upon arrival
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Monitor and document patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate timely throughput
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of North Carolina or a compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Ability to work mid shifts (2:45 PM – 3:15 AM) for the duration of the 13-week assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
• Familiarity with high-volume or Level I/II trauma center environments
• TNCC or CEN certification preferred
