Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during overnight shifts
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and response to treatment throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities as needed during the assignment
• Complete required orientation modules prior to and during the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• All time-off requests and scheduling needs must be submitted upfront at the time of submission; post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start (Charge RNs and Leads accepted)
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at a different rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-acuity or Level I/II ICU environment
• Familiarity with floating protocols and adaptability across similar care settings
• Experience with travel nursing assignments and compliance processes
