Contract | 26-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend | Holiday Rotation | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a primarily Medical-Surgical unit with telemetry capability, maintaining a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Administer blood products, manage peripheral lines, and perform IV starts
• Administer Heparin, Insulin, and PCA; provide care involving nasal cannula oxygen delivery
• Maintain and follow isolation precautions as required by patient condition
• Utilize Rapid Response teams appropriately in accordance with facility protocols
• Serve as Charge RN as needed and float to other campus locations within the health system as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must successfully pass a compliance EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)
• Third-party education verification required; no open background cases permitted
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; current driver's license required to verify address

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting
• Familiarity with Charge RN responsibilities
• Experience floating across multiple units or campuses
