Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy coverage as part of an established rehab team
• Manage a varied patient caseload in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Prioritize and deliver patient care with strong clinical reasoning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate effectively with a team-oriented rehab staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care
