Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient acute care and outpatient settings, with travel between two facilities (approximately 23 miles apart) within the same workday
• Deliver patient care in a critical access hospital environment, floating between units based on census and departmental needs
• Maintain expected patient ratios of 1:5–10 across care settings
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health record system
• Participate in holiday coverage as required by the facility schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Ability to work in both inpatient acute care and outpatient settings
• Willingness and ability to travel between two facilities during the workday
• Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a travel candidate (local candidates may be considered at an adjusted rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a critical access hospital or similar rural acute care environment
• Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation
• Experience providing both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services within the same role
