Contract | Days (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, various shifts) | 12-hour shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
• Perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and implement individualized patient care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Participate in every 3rd weekend rotation and holiday rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or a compact state license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Must live at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts within a Sunday through Saturday work week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and care protocols
• Strong communication and documentation skills in a fast-paced care setting
