Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on an Acute Care Medicine PCU unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Document patient care and clinical information using EPIC electronic health records
• Float within scope of practice to other units as needed
• Complete all required facility orientation modules by the Friday of the orientation week
• Adhere to facility policies including natural nail policy and all compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Must be available to work nights; shift availability must be confirmed upfront
• 2 professional references required
• No radius rules — local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same base rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior PCU, stepdown, or IMC nursing experience
